Cancellation Policy
Program refund policy: Refunds will only be issued up to 14 days before the start of the program (Minus a 15% admin fee). No refunds or credits will be given within 14 days prior to the start of the program. Uniform refund policy: Players receive one free Adidas uniform to use for all programs from March 1, 2026 – March 1, 2027. Extra uniforms are available for purchase. All uniforms are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Cancellation policy: In the event that a session is cancelled by our organization due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, a makeup session will be arranged at a later date. Please note that if a player misses any session(s) due to personal reasons, no refund or makeup session will be provided.
